, should I pay for it to register ? |
GoldTach is a function-limited software.
Users can use it for free, no registration
is required. However, users can register it to get the full version
.The unregistered users can run the full version in 30-day trial period
, some functions would be deactivated after expired until users input
a valid serial number . |

| I Can not do FTP when GoldTach running ! |
Don't worry about it .Selected Normal control level
when you do FTP is the simple way .
If you want to work with Custom control level,please ensure uncheck
"Forbid others connect me" in IP packets setting. |

| How to view the IP packets passed thru my PC? |
1. In Advanced Panel, click on IP Packet Control
tab;
2. Click on Network View;
3. Click on Filter in the shortcut menu to custom content that needs
view;
4. Click on Start in the shortcut menu to enable Network View;
5. Click on Stop to disable Network View. |

browsers,how to active it? |

is the simple way .
If you want to work with Custom control level,please ensure check
"Block browser floating window " in Web pages setting.

| The default home page of My IE has been modified ! |
1. Open Windows Start Menu, click GoldTach
Pro -> Tools -> IE Restorer .
2. Fill the URL you wanted into "Home" edit box.
3. Click Apply . |

| Why can not I open some webpages when GoldTach running? |
| GoldTach's Webpage Content Filtration
function may cause this.
To avoid this,please play down the control level to "Normal"
,or Check out all the Webpage Content Filtration options
when "Custom" control level. We suggest you dont't do
that for security.

| I can not access internet After I uninstall GooldTach
Pro ! |
| This is a bug in GoldTach Pro
2.2 Build 4028 , it is no influence for other versions.
Please do one of the below to revise it:
1. Download the patch
file(14KB) and run it after uninstall V2.2 Build 4028
.
2. Download the
latest version and install it immediately. |
